Active Photographic retain full, unlimited, world-wide copyright on all photographs supplied. These photographs are solely for personal display purposes. They may not be copied, published, reproduced, or stored in any manner, on any electronic retrieval system without the express written permission of Active Photographic Ltd.
All members of Active Photographic, adhere to the data protection act 1998. This involves signing up to the IOC on a annual basis.
Some images are printed alongside other images on larger sheets and these will generally be dispatched without being separated. Prints sold with mounts will generally not be placed in their mounts before dispatch (generally one print in each order will be mounted to show correct orientation in the mounts). Other products requiring assembly - such as key rings, fridge magnets, clocks, etc. - may or may not be dispatched pre-assembled.
In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your order we will refund your credit / debit card in full. We do not offer any refunds for delayed or lost orders.
Orders for digital download products cannot be refunded once the download has been opened. In the rare occasion that a group image has been ordered as a digital download, this will be refunded to the customer as we do not offer or send digital images of groups.
In the unlikely event that a purchased digital download image has not been successfully downloaded within a 12 month period we may no longer have the image saved due to our GDPR policy. We do not offer a refund for the delay of the download.
We try our best to make sure that all of our orders are delivered correctly. Because of this, our mail is trackable and we receive map confirmations as to where and when the order has been delivered. We can not provide any refunds or reprints for items that have been successfully delivered to the address provided, yet claim not to have been. We can provide evidence of the delivered item should this be requested.
As our photography products are bespoke and each order is custom made, orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Orders for digital download products cannot be cancelled once the download has been sent.
By ordering online we aim to dispatched to you within five working days, and then delivered second class by Royal Mail. Please note that this timeline may increase to up to 28 working days in peak seasons or issues out of our control.
All orders will be delivered to you, at the address you entered during the ordering process. If this address is incorrect, Active Photographic will not be liable for any late or failed deliveries.

All orders played by you that contain an image, will be individually printed for you. Therefore it is not possible to return an order or claim a refund if you have made an error. Orders for digital download products cannot be refunded once the download has been sent.
In the event that your order is damaged or defective when you received the order, or it does not match the description ordered, then you will be entitled to return your order to Active Photographic, within 14 days of receipt by you. In those circumstances, Active Photographic, will either reprint the photographs or provide a full refund.
Whilst every care is taken at every stage of the photographic process, in the event of a camera failure, operator error, material failure, or process machine failure, Active Photographic can accept no responsibility for any losses however incurred as a result of any such failure beyond a full refund of the original purchase price.
All photographs supplied by Active Photographic are produced to the highest standards using the best quality materials and latest processing techniques. However, all colour photographs will, in time, fade. This is particularly true if they are left in bright sunlight and are not behind glass. Active Photographic cannot accept any responsibility for this gradual image deterioration.
All sizes quoted in inches and are approximate and refer to print sizes.
